IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Children under 12 years but over 1.35M tall are allowed on the Xplorer course but need adult supervision (adults have to go onto the course with the children) the ratio is 1 adult for every 3 children under 12. Adults are classed as 18+ years.
BEFORE BOOKING, PLEASE CHECK THE HEIGHT OF ALL CHILDREN AS THEY MUST BE OVER 1.35M TO USE THE XPLORER COURSE. IF YOU BOOK THE XPLORER COURSE FOR CHILDREN WHO ARE UNDER 1.35M AND DO NOT INFORM US AT LEAST 48 HOURS BEFORE YOUR VISIT WE CAN NOT OFFER A REFUND.
(However, if you inform us after making your booking but at least 48 hours before your visit, you will be refunded and we will move smaller children onto the Adventurer Course if we have sufficient spaces for your group on the day.)
